The food was superb! Always love their pasta! Their seasonal appetiser was also very great, the asparagus was tender and flavourful. Sophi was also very sweet, welcoming and attentive had a wonderful dinner there and would love to come back again and again

A friend recommended this place to me and it did not disappoint. Casual setting very good food quite reasonably priced and the staff were fantastic. I was solo so I sat at the bar and Sofi who was bartending and Diya who was my server were friendly and helpful even though they were super busy. That kind of service makes it good dinner that much better. A very busy place and it deserves to be.

A wonderful place! Sofi is an amazing host - she looked after us all evening, including addressing all dietary requirements (vegan in an Italian restaurant!) without any issues! She is friendly, kind and helpful. A great professional - we will return because of Sofi and the great food. Definitely recommend the set meal and the chiattara prawn pasta! Dessert was also great!

Thank you Nima and Manish for the exceptional service, especially Manish, who exhibited excellent menu knowledge and gave us dish recommendations. Really warm attitude and attentive service! Nice lighting and indoor decoration, not too bright and feels cozy. High stool seats and sofa seats are available. Mushroom soup has a very good flavor and texture. My favourite is the Tagliatelle Smoked Salmon, the sauce, flavour and firmness of the tagliatelle and samon are just right.

If it is not the best, it is definitely one of the best pasta in Hong Kong. The restaurant makes pasta in house daily and the pasta we had were both cooked perfectly. The price of the set lunch was reasonable. The carpaccio with the tuna mayo was excellent and would definitely order again. The lobster bisque was good with very strong shell fish taste. The tiramisu and panna cotta were both okay. The only issue was the two main did not come at the same time.

It's my first time writing a review, and it's my first visit to Pici. The ambiance was cozy and lively. The appetizers and pastas were delicious, with decent portions; overall, everything was above average. I wrote this review to highlight the service from every server. The moment we stepped in, we felt the warmth from the smiling faces of the staff; they made us feel welcome. I would like to show my appreciation to Tammy, who took care of us. She is a young lady with a beautiful smile on her face at all times. There was a mistake made by another staff member, but Tammy immediately apologized and took ownership of the problem. I could feel her sincerity and care. She handled the issue perfectly and managed to turn a complaint into a compliment. I have been to their causeway branch and I really liked their food and service so I decided to this one a try. Very convenient location, walking distance from the avenue of stars and close to the MTR station. I had the passion fruit cooler and the pappardelle with beef and loved the food. The service was good too, however, I did prefer the causeway branch more.
